This studio unit is fully air-conditioned in bedroom and living cum kitchen and dining area. Opposite the sofa is a wall-hung TV with local channels. Fridge, microwave oven, jug kettle, dinner ware and cutlery, as well as dish cleaner and sponge is provided in the kitchen. Free tea, sugar and drinking bottled water.

Hot shower is available in the bathroom, body and hair shampoo is provided for free as well.
